Group Classes
Our Taekwon-Do group classes welcome students of all ages and skill levels. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or refining techniques you have practiced for years, Daniela and the Holon Wellness community are here to support your growth.
Classes focus on traditional Taekwon-Do forms, sparring techniques, board breaking, and self-defense. Every session builds physical fitness while strengthening mental discipline and focus.
Personal Training & Private Lessons
We offer private lessons and personal training for kids or adults. One-on-one sessions give you focused attention on your specific goals — whether that is competition preparation, belt advancement, fitness, or self-defense skills.
